Ms. Arshein Brar is the cofounder of illuminate Psychological and Wellness Services. Apart from the entrepreneurial hat she dons, she is also a practising psychologist and an addictions counsellor. Arshein completed her schooling from DPS Vadodara. She was very clear very early on that she wanted to pursue a career in psychology. She then went on to complete her Bachelors in Psychology (Hons.) from M.S. University of Baroda. After completing her Bachelors, the resolve to work within the clinical realm was strengthened and before she started practising, she wanted to have a clinical specialization on her hand. 

Arshein pursued another course for which she went to Canada and completed her Post graduate certificate in Addictions and Mental Health. While there, she also worked for the welfare of the south-east Asian community for prevention of opioid addiction where she worked as a case manager. Upon returning, she completed her Masters in Psychology with a specialization in clinical where she was awarded the Late Prof. T.K.N Menon Gold Medal for her excellent performance in the academic field. Currently, Arshein along with her partner is spearheading many psychoeducational workshops intended to help people learn therapeutic techniques they can apply outside therapeutic settings to improve their overall wellbeing
