This is an extremely simple and protein packed breakfast that tastes just like French Toast.
Make it a night before and you are ready to have it on-the-go the next morning.
- 1 cup True Elements Rolled Oats
- 1 tablespoon True Elements Chia Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 2 tablespoons Raw Honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 cup milk
- Add all ingredients (True Elements Chia Seeds, True Elements Rolled Oats, cinnamon
- powder, honey, vanilla essence, milk) in a bowl or a glass jar and mix it well.
- Oats must be fully immersed in the milk.
- Adjust quantity as per your requirement.
- Cover it and refrigerate overnight.
- Top it with some nuts and fruits and serve in the morning
