French Toast Overnight Oats

This is an extremely simple and protein packed breakfast that tastes just like French Toast.
Make it a night before and you are ready to have it on-the-go the next morning.

Ingredients: 

Directions: 

  1. Add all ingredients (True Elements Chia Seeds, True Elements Rolled Oats, cinnamon 
  2. powder, honey, vanilla essence, milk) in a bowl or a glass jar and mix it well.  
  3. Oats must be fully immersed in the milk.  
  4. Adjust quantity as per your requirement. 
  5. Cover it and refrigerate overnight.  
  6. Top it with some nuts and fruits and serve in the morning
