We take great pride in our transparent shipping process. We will email you at the following junctions to let you know the status of your order: confirmation of payment, when your order has been processed and when your order has been shipped. Once shipped, you will be provided with a Tracking No. which you can use to check the exact location of your order.

Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to make changes to your order online. However, feel free to call or email us. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Please contact us and we’ll try our best to help you. You can contact us within 12 hours of placing the order and we will help you provided the order has not been processed already.

We’re sorry that you had an unpleasant experience shopping with us.!Returns and refunds are only applicable iIn case your order contains damaged or expired products. Do hold on the receipt and let us know within 7 days of receiving the order. Please refer to our shipping guidelines for the process on return and refund policy.

We deliver pan-India to all large cities and towns within the country with the exception of J&K and North East Region. Please select your location or put in your pin code to see the products available to be shipped to your location.

We aim to have your products reach you within 7 working days of placing your order. Depending on where you are located, we may even be able to get your items to you earlier than that!  You can always check the location and status of the different components of your order using the Tracking No. provided to you, once they have been shipped.

All our orders are shipped by our suppliers. Hence, your order may be delivered in different sections depending on the supplier of the products you have purchased.

Since we work with suppliers from all over the country, the products in your cart may be coming from anywhere. Thus, the shipping charges for your order depend on the suppliers of the products in your cart. We will always clearly state all shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout.Please refer to our shipping guidelines for more information.
